NatureMate® products originated during the time of the dinosaurs, in one of the world’s richest freshwater mineral deposits. Our products are composed of highly biodegraded and compressed remains of ancient plant and animal materials. Through a series of geological events, this rich organic material was exposed and slowly aged. Simply put, NatureMate products are highly-decomposed organic materials that have fossilized over millions of years.
No chemical processes or treatments are used in the production of NatureMate products — they are all natural! Our products are also referred to as "humic substances," and may be used as soil conditioners and supplements, and fertilizer amendments.
